HND Month is just ACE!



The inaugural Home News Delivery (HND) Month has been honoured with the prestigious Newspaper Newsstand Campaign of the Year award at the Association of Circulation Executives (ACE) Newspaper & Magazine Awards 2024.

HND Month, created to shine a spotlight on home newspaper delivery with publishers, wholesalers and trade bodies working in collaboration to maximise sales and awareness of home newspaper delivery.

The judges saw this winning campaign as a fantastic example of industry collaboration to create a scalable solution to support sales in a sustainable way – a very well-planned and well-executed campaign which demonstrated clear leadership, delivered outstanding levels of engagement and produced brilliant results. They have set a template for future campaigns and created a repeatable event that can grow the opportunity in the future, to have lasting impact.

After accepting the award Andy Law from Mail newspapers said “we are all very proud to win this prestigious category against some tough competition. HND Month was created to celebrate the fantastic work HND agents do on a daily basis and also to help drive newspaper sales as well as increased awareness of this fantastic service. Planning is already well underway for this year’s campaign, and we want to make it bigger and better than last year!”.

Paul Jenkins from Reach added “HND month 2023 was a great example of industry partners working closely together to deliver long term HND customers and subscribers. At Reach, we believe HND month 2024 will be an even greater success due to its advanced planning and new initiatives”.
